7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
“At LashDesign Studios we are proud of our quality reputation and encourage our clients to contact us if they are not completely satisfied with the lash extension application they receive. Call us within 7 days of your appointment and we will arrange to make any adjustments free of charge”.
Client complaint must be lodged in person, via email or via text within 7 days of the related service.
Client complimentary complaint consultations are scheduled at the next mutually available opportunity and may fall outside of the 7 day guarantee period.
Complaint consultations are offered at the discretion of the Management of LashDesign Studios.
LashDesign Studios includes the company, directors, staff and agents of LashDesign Studios Australia Pty Ltd trading as LashDesign Studios may provide complimentary complaint services or treatments only on the express understanding that the service or treatment offered is not and may not be deemed as an admission of liability or fault .
The fee paid by the client for the original consultation is Non Refundable.
